I’m Josh, Certified Professional Inspector and proud owner of Watchdog Inspections. I provide thorough, reliable property inspections throughout Iowa and Southern Minnesota. Originally from Dallas, Texas, I moved to Iowa a few years ago to settle down in this great state. Having spent many summers here growing up, it already felt like home. However, I couldn't leave behind my Texas sports loyalty (Go Rangers, Cowboys, and Stars)!
With over a decade of hands-on experience in construction remediation and certification through InterNACHI, I deliver detailed, honest inspections to help you make informed decisions whether you're buying, selling, or maintaining your property.
